Dan was a sports enthusiast his entire life.  He participated in sports as a young man and later was very active with his children in all their sports endeavors, either as a coach, a driver or simply a fan. As time passed, Grandpa then became a regular spectator on the sidelines watching and cheering on his grandchildren.

Summers were spent at Martin’s Lake. It was his home away from home for more than 50 years. Dan and Sharon spent summers at the lake with family and friends, fishing, boating and playing crib.
