Jeremy passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024 in Saskatoon.
He is survived by his parents Louise Lemay and Philip Powderhorn, siblings Jordan (Meghan) Lemay, Joe Vermette and Melissa Vermette, nephew Thunder Lemay and nieces, Parker, Bailey and Jasmine, aunties Corrine Vermette and Laurel Hoeber, uncle Dale Ferguson and friends.
He was predeceased by his brothers Joshua Lemay and Vincent Hoeber.
The funeral service for Jeremy will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at Westwood Funeral Chapel.
